GROUP COACHING

Healing in Partnership

Sometimes the most powerful work happens when we bring people together.

In group coaching sessions, I work with individuals and a chosen family member, partner, or close friend. These sessions create a safe, neutral space where both sides can be heard—without judgment, defensiveness, or escalation.

Bipolar coaching

Why It Works

Coaches are not therapists, but we are trained to hold spaceask the right questions, and defuse tension. Having a coach in the room:

  • Allows difficult conversations to happen without blame

  • Creates clarity around roles, boundaries, and expectations

  • Helps translate emotional needs into actionable support

  • Gives space to express what’s often left unsaid

  • Builds a shared language for understanding bipolar together

Group coaching can be especially powerful during moments of change—after a new diagnosis, during a crisis recovery phase, or when a support system is struggling to stay aligned.

This isn’t about taking sides.
It’s about building bridges.

Together, we learn to move forward—with more compassion, more tools, and less fear.
